Raymond Transportation - The Rise of the Euro Fives

Raymond Transportation, one of the biggest Bus Companies that serves the Southern Luzon area, particularly in Quezon Province and major parts of Bicolandia, has been inclined on upgrading their fleet of buses to cope up with the increasing demand on Public Utility Buses that are more Traveller and Operator - Friendly amenities, Fuel - Effiecient and most of all, Environment - Friendly. The Refleeting plan of Raymond Transportation started with the Introduction of 2 Zhongtong LCK6118H Elegance in Euro V Emission Standard buses that are now currently serving Infanta in Quezon Province and Tamban in Camarines Sur.

In 2019, the company rose to stardom again to the Bus Enthusiasts and Bus Communities alike with the Introduction of their Brand New Volvo B8R Buses, also in Euro V Emission Standard, made by Autodelta Coach Builders Inc. in 2x2 Deluxe and 2x1 Luxury Class that are serving Naga City in Camarines Sur, Legazpi City and Tabaco City in Albay.


That same year, Raymond Transportation's Subsidiary, MRR Transportation received Brand New Iveco Euromidi Buses from Santarosa Philippines Motor Works for their Manila - Infanta, Quezon Route. Equipped with Iveco Tector 6 Engine in Euro V Engine for better Fuel Consumption as well as a Cleaner Emission.


After the Year 2019 Intruduction of RT's first Volvo B8R Bus units, This was followed by another batch of Volvo B8R Buses, also made by Autodelta Coach Builders and now serving the Partido District of Camarines Sur, Particularly in the towns of Caramoan, Lagonoy and Goa.

Another milestone for Raymond Transportation is when they became the Launch Costumer of the Brand New Daewoo Bus BH117H in Euro V Engine, made by Santarosa Motor Works Inc. Initial 2 units were released and indeed, it became an eye-catcher not only to the bus enthusiasts but also to the riding public that supports Raymond Transportation through the years. The first 2 units, numbers 7168 and 7178 are both operating from Manila to Naga City in Camarines Sur.

Early 2020, the pandemic hit our country and one of the severly affected is the Public Transport Sector. After 2 Years, the Public Transport are now slowly recovering and many of their old routes are now reopened to serve the public.

And one of the latest achievements made by Raymond Transportation this year is by acquiring more brand new buses from Santarosa Philippines Motor Works, additional 5 units were added to the existing of only 2 units of Daewoo Bus BH117H Euro V, the new units were added are 7188, 7198, 7208 ,7218 and 7228.

A simple program were held in Raymond Transportation's Sampaloc, Manila Terminal last April 28, 2022 for the Inspection, Mass and blessing of 5 Brand New Daewoo Bus BH117H Euro V Buses that are now ready to serve the Bicolanos anytime.
